The linear guides used together with other factors play a decisive role in the performance and quality of the linear motors. Linear motors are increasingly replacing drive devices with wear-resistant mechanical transmission components in industrial applications. They offer high speed and acceleration, good adjustment accuracy and precise positioning. The advantage of a linear motor is that the supplied electrical energy can be directly converted into linear motion. There is no need for any intermediate components for torque conversion machinery. Linear motors are used in a wide range of applications, including medical technology, optics, electronics, textile industry, machinery. Manufacturing, handling, packaging and packaging industries, etc. For example, the process of manufacturing and processing electronic structural components is very demanding: electronic components having a size of 1 mm x 0.5 mm must be positioned with very high precision and security of the insertion. In the electronics industry, the operating cycle time of the automatic device is often less than 0.5 s, the drive device must reach a positioning accuracy of 5 μm and achieve a high acceleration value. The mechanical requirements are particularly high. The acceleration that can be achieved with a linear motor is linear. The mechanical structure puts high demands on it. Linear motors produce high permanent axial forces during operation. The guide must absorb the force of 3000 N that occurs. Therefore, in highly dynamic operating applications, a lightweight, rigid and robust mechanical guide is required. Machine level correction. The linear guide rails are required to be placed on the mounting base with two equal-weight blocks and a marble measuring ruler. The precision level is used to adjust the base level. The requirement is to install the base surface roughness of the convex (2~3 grid) linear guides in the base. Inspection of flatness, straightness, and appearance. Requirements: When the horizontal adjustment is completed, the laser linear interferometer must be used to measure the mounting surface of the main linear guide (we usually use a linear guide surface close to the right column as the main guide). The flatness is allowed to be 0.05mm per 10m. The straightness of the stroke allows a convexity of 0.03 mm. The roughness requirement is 1.6, and the appearance has no casting defects. Chamfering of the linear guide mounting base surface and the rail side reference mounting surface. Requirement: The chamfer radius is less than or equal to 3.5mm. If the chamfer is too large or convex, it should be treated with oil stone and trowel in time. Otherwise, the accuracy of the guide rail will be poorly installed or the slider will be interfered. The processing of the threaded hole of the linear guide mounting base is locked. It is required to confirm whether the position of the screw hole is correct. The center distance of each connected screw hole is more than 0.1mm or less than 0.1mm. To ensure high-precision screw hole machining, CNC machining positioning is required. Check the linear guide after unpacking. Requirement: Check whether the linear guide has a certificate, whether it is bumped or rusted, clean the anti-rust oil, remove the burrs, impact protrusions and dirt on the assembly surface.
